It was a crazy day! At least I finally made it home to get a few things done. One of those things included the above mentioned smoothie. If you want something new to try for breakfast or snack, give this one a whirl. It’s really easy.
- 1 c ice (smaller cubes work better)
- 1 T cocoa powder (Dutched gives a richer flavor, but any will work)
- 1-2T peanut butter (I use chunky because I like the texture)
- 1/4 c rolled oats
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 c milk
Just whirl together and drink. Awesome! Hope you’re all having a great week!
