Baklava!!!
Looks so plain, but will soon be sooooo good.
Buttering phyllo.
Layers of phyllo, butter, nuts, cinnamon and sugar.
Looks funny now, but give it a few...
The smell of the syrup cooking is one of the best parts.
Adding syrup.
Now just waiting to cool and get another walnut coating.
